By engaging nCubeByte AI Solutions for a project or by using our products and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
nCubeByte AI Solutions provides software development, AI automation, SaaS development, mobile applications, ecommerce solutions, and related technology services. The specific scope of each engagement is defined in a separate Statement of Work or project agreement.
Upon full payment, you own 100% of the source code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for your project. nCubeByte retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, libraries, or frameworks used in the delivery that are not unique to your project.
Payment terms are defined in the individual project agreement. Standard terms are 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. For larger projects, milestone-based payment schedules apply. All payments are due within the agreed timeline. Work may be paused on overdue accounts.
nCubeByte treats all client project information as confidential. We will sign an NDA upon request before project discussions. Client business data, requirements, and business logic will not be disclosed to third parties.
We warrant that all deliverables will function as described in the agreed scope for 30 days post-delivery. Beyond the warranty period, ongoing support is available under a separate maintenance agreement. nCubeByte is not liable for losses arising from business decisions made using software we deliver.
Changes to project scope after commencement may incur additional cost and timeline adjustments. Significant scope changes will be documented in a revised Statement of Work before implementation.
Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days written notice. In the event of termination, you will be billed for all work completed to date. Any upfront payment is non-refundable once development has commenced.
